1. Overview & Service Agreement
By placing a call or submitting a booking request with Mobile Tyre Fitters Near Me, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We provide 24/7 mobile tyre fitting, roadside assistance, puncture repairs, and wheel balancing across the UK.
2. Arrival Times (ETA) & Dispatch
We strive to reach all customers within 30 to 60 minutes. However, estimated arrival times are provided as a guide and may be affected by factors outside our control, including motorway traffic jams, severe weather conditions, or highway road closures.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a fast and safe service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle location details (postcode, street name, or motorway marker).
- Providing the correct tyre size (e.g. 205/55 R16) before van dispatch.
- Providing the locking wheel nut key (or informing us in advance if lost/damaged).
- Ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal area where our fitting van can operate.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
All quotes provided by our dispatch phone team include the cost of the tyre, mobile fitting, new valve, and wheel balancing.
- Payment is strictly due upon completion of the tyre fitting service on-site.
- We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Contactless payments, and Cash.
- In the event of incorrect tyre size supplied by the customer after dispatch, a callout fee may apply.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking without charge before our mobile van is dispatched. Once a technician has been dispatched and is en route to your location, a callout fee may be charged to cover fuel and technician time.
6. Guarantee & Safety Standards
All tyres fitted by our team are brand new and comply with British Safety Standards. Puncture repairs are performed according to BS AU 159 regulations. We inspect wheel torque settings on every job to ensure maximum driving safety.
